Laurie is a professional birth coach/certified doula and breastfeeding counselor. As a doula she works with women during pregnancy to gently support them and their partners to have the kind of birth they aspire to have. She then accompanies women through birth and stays to assist with breastfeeding. Laurie teaches prenatal breastfeeding classes and is currently working toward Childbirth Education Certification with the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA).
